CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector Training
This course is intended for experienced welding inspectors and quality control personnel, especially those preparing for the CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector examination.
Before starting the training, it is essential to have knowledge of topics covered at the CSWIP Welding Inspector level. Due to the wide scope of the course content, prior preparation and self-study at home are strongly recommended.

The course consists of 16 different subjects, so having a solid foundation and prior knowledge will be a major advantage. Since it builds upon the CSWIP Welding Inspector level, reviewing earlier topics is advised. Reading one or more specialist welding reference books will also help deepen your understanding.
Entry Requirements
To enroll in this training, one of the following criteria must be met:

Hold a valid CSWIP Welding Inspector certificate (3.1) within the last 2 years and have performed duties listed in clauses 1.2.1, 1.2.2, and 1.2.3 of CSWIP document WI-6-92
OR

Have at least 5 years of verified industrial experience, independently confirmed as complying with clause 1.2.3 of document WI-6-92
All candidates must hold a valid CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certificate.
