Quality Policy
The “Caspian Technical Solution” (CTS) Company’s Top Management has formulated and approved the following quality policy that is an essential element for achieving the intended objectives of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Quality, conformance to all applicable requirements and Customer satisfaction shall underlie all our efforts in every phase of our activities such as Provision of technical inspection services, including NDT/NDE, assessments, and advanced engineering solutions for the power, oil, gas, and other industries.
CTS is committed to provide the highest quality products and services to satisfy requirements of our customers by:
• consistently meeting or exceeding Customer’s needs and expectations for products/services quality and performance
• on time delivery, providing conforming products/services to meet statutory, regulatory and Customer requirements
• continuously improving of the quality of our products/services, processes and the effectiveness of the QMS based upon measurable objectives
• ensuring our personnel are properly trained so they are better able to serve our customers
Our quality policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of CTS and acts as a guideline in providing the strategic direction and a framework for establishing quality objectives. Measuring customer satisfaction, reduction of nonconformities and achieving of quality objectives are the key measurable objectives that CTS has determined to be of high importance. We ensure that our quality policy is implemented, maintained, communicated and understood at all departments of the company through documented training, regular communication and meetings. The quality policy will be reviewed for continuing suitability during Top Management review meetings on annual basis. This quality policy is officially approved and available to relevant interested parties, posted in web site and conspicuous locations throughout all our plants and is accessible to all employees.
